We, at MEGSO, are ever willing to help graduate student further their academic/professional career. We work in joint with the graduate advisors to help students with any problems they face, be it personal or professional. Graduate school is difficult, but you need not go through it alone...we are here to help.

We are a strong proponent of diversity. Maneuvering graduate school is tough enough, but having to do it in a foreign land is a lot tougher. To make international graduate students feel welcomed and included in our community, we organize social events that helps you learn about other students' experiences and share yours.

We can help any prospective student with their graduate application and provide information on the graduate program. We can give you a student's perspective. We know the ins and outs of the TAMU MEEN graduate program and can help you in making certain decisions regarding academics and research. We hope you will  contact us for any assistance.

MEGSO is your liaison to the Graduate Studies & Research Committee, the main decision making body of the MEEN graduate program. We, at MEGSO, can serve as your megaphone and voice any concerns or suggestions you have about the MEEN graduate program.

Having been established in 2006, our organization has formed a network of graduate students who can help your graduate and professional career progress. In addition to connecting you to known resources, we conduct seminars on a career in academia, industry, and R&D labs. Won't you come and join us?
